The SMBX2 port will come eventually.

Jun 24, 2016 · I am making a custom level within my full SMBX game. A bonus level that resembles an 8-bit SMB1 World. Everything I changed (custom tiles, bg, music, npcs) all work fine. Small Mario, Fire Mario, Ice Mario, Leaf Mario will all change/work just fine. But Super Mario (Normal Mario after Mushroom is taken), will not change from default Super Mario 1.4

I have the sprites for the Beetroot itself (ripped from Mario Forever), but not the player sprites. I don't have Luigi , but here is a FULL playable Mario in SMB1 style created by me ( Beetroot is in "Optional" folder)
