As I pulled the various dash parts off, I came to a disturbing realization: All the plastic parts that had the peeling rubberized paint and only those parts are slowly crumbling from getting brittle.

Aug 2, 2016 · It's about a two hour job to R&R the pump, and the AMG pump head can be swapped onto the new Ford pump motor if you choose to do so.. Make a new pigtail (or an adapter) to match the oem wiring connections, and the new pump's body is exactly the same size, so it's a bolt-in. Check for leaks after you're done, and top off the coolant tank as needed.
