Banterra Center (formerly SIU Arena) [2] is an 8,284-seat multi-purpose arena, on the campus of Southern Illinois University, in Carbondale, Illinois, United States.

Originally built from 1962-64, the arena was known as SIU Arena from 1964-2019, when SIU partnered with Banterra Bank, the region's largest locally owned bank, for a 10-year naming-rights agreement on May 16, 2019.
