Jul 3, 2023 · Hi, we have setup on Knowbe4 SCIM user provisioning from Azure AD. It works, but now we would like to excluded the manager field from syncing with Azure AD. We edited the SAML SSO configuration on Azure, deleting the manager field from the 'Attribute Mapping' (I put a screenshot below just to give an idea of where we removed the manager's field.

The SCIM standard caters for this use case, so what is Microsoft's reluctance on this functionality? If it's the concern of breaking functionality, surely it can be an 'opt-in' setting like the bulk delete setting?

In fact, we can't see any custom AAD Directory Extensions added through AD Connect in SCIM Provisioning, only the default ones are listed. Please help us understand what we are missing here. We also have a test tenant synced with our test on-premise lab and that shows all AAD Extension attributes without any issue.
