Aug 5, 2023 · Just picked up a pair of Yamaha s4115h PA speakers from the 1970s. For cheapo speakers they sound pretty great IMO. They have a bit of a prominent midrange (1.5-2k?) for my taste but otherwise sound smooth and clear with tight (if slightly weak) bass. Super wide soundstage and clear phantom center.

Sep 6, 2022 · I have a chance to get a pair of Yamaha S4115H II speakers for under S150. I have found limited info here and on other sites about them. I know they are heavy, from the 70's and people complain about their lack of bass.

One of the speaker's one-foot pad & one speaker's Yamaha logo plate are missing. Cabinet is plenty stable even without this one foot pad. These speakers are built like a 'tank & both work perfectly.
