Apr 3, 2008 · We have a Bobcat S250 with the ACS code on the dash. When it comes up it stops the loader from lifting or lowering. Shutting machine down then restarting clears code for a few seconds then it pops up again. Anyone ever had this issue?

Apr 1, 2009 · I've looked at past threads about ACS and could not find the answer to my problem. I have a 2002 S250 that has been operated solely by hand controls for over 10 years. I want to switch to foot pedals but when I do I cannot get the pedals to unlock.

Dec 24, 2014 · Switch the lift and tilt actuators. Then run the machine and see if the promble switches to lift. Easiest way to tell. If the problem doesn't change then you have to look elsewhere. The acturator is the most likely thing. Top one is the tilt, bottom is the lift. Why did you go immediately to the actuator at the control valve?

May 20, 2008 · My error code is 32-65 and I get the ACS light on about 1-2 minutes after I turn the machine on. I checked the voltage to the foot pedal and the handgrips and I get 5.1 volts to the orange wire. I am not sure where I should go from here.
