Many people feel sourdough is easier to digest than regular commercial yeasted bread due to the way gluten is broken down by the fermentation.

We bake all the cakes and cupcakes fresh to order, from scratch! When I say fresh orange cake, I peel, grate, juice and make a syrup by myself to infuse richness in that particular cake. So not only that it looks beautiful, it tastes delicious too!!!
