Aug 11, 2021 · Here is the current flag of Kola, and the old one. Kola is a small Russian town situated on Kola peninsula, in the European part of the Arctic. This town is a very close neighbor of Murmansk, the largest city in the Arctic and my home. The new flag is identical to the current coat of arms, while the old version just incorporated the former one.
