Jun 9, 2016 · All three of my Rossi M92's have smoothed up fairly quickly after they have fired 250 or 300 rounds. They all seem to shoot a bit high at close range, but seem OK at 75+ yards. I like these rifles for walking around woods guns shooting mostly lead bullet reloads. Each is paired with a short barrelled Blackhawk revolver.

Range trip scheduled for this weekend for the Rossi and the Ruger American with the newly shortened barrel.

Nov 20, 2024 · I stalked a Rossi M92 clone in 357 for over a year. Was at a pawn shop in town and I wanted a better deal. Now bear in mind, this was 20 years ago, it sat there for over a year with 350$ tag on it. He would NOT even consider covering the tax, both of us stubborn. I don’t know what happened to it, he lost his FFL and shop closed overnight!

Jul 13, 2012 · Range Report Today I got out to the range and shot the Rossi 92 I bought last Thursday for the first time. I ran 150 rounds through it: 100 Sellier & Bellot .357 Magnum 158 grain JSP and 50 Winchester white box .38 Special +P 125 grain JHP.

Nov 13, 2022 · @Morrow7x I have three Rossi's a 16" .357mag, 20" SS .44mag, and a 24" Octagonal .45Colt The Colt is inline to have the mag cut back to a button mag and the barrel turned to half octagonal. Out of the three the 16" is by far the handiest, the 20" is not a burden at all, but the 24" as it came is WAY too heavy and cumbersome to deal with!
