The only question is do you believe the extra protection is worth the extra weight and how it looks on your rifle. I wanted the 8H, but it wasn't available @ the time I got mine. I bought the 8T and I'm over the moon happy with it!

Sep 24, 2018 · Probably because unless you're using a magnifier you don't notice the 2-3mm difference (many use popup BUS) But Sig offered no assistance other than confirm the Aimpoint Micro T1 mount footprint is the same as Romeo5. The problem is translating Aimpoint to Romeo is impossible in terms of center axis heights are different from the base bottom.

Sep 2, 2020 · The Romeo 8 survived many torture tests done to it in a video, including being shot by a shotgun. I liked that it turns itself off after 2 minutes, and then wakes up again. And, by using a CR123 battery, the battery life is 5-10 years.
