
Sig Sauer Romeo 5 mounting compatibility - AR15.COM
Nov 20, 2017 · So I was looking at getting the Romeo 5 and wanted to know compatibility. I'm looking for a lightweight mounting solution. I came across Scalarworks Micro mount and it says it's compatible with the Aimpoint T2, Primary Arms, and Sig Sauer type micro optics. Can anyone confirm if it has the same mounting as Aimpoint T2

Sep 22, 2018 · I recently completed building my dream AR15 equipped the way I want it with out any extra bell and whistles that were unwanted or unnecessary. Having said that, I selected a Romeo 5 as my optical sight along with backup MBUS folding sights. After some 200 rounds of heavy 69 gr target loads, my Romeo 5 has been perfect in all respects.

Oct 1, 2019 · The higher riser that comes with the SIG Romeo 5 places the optic center 1.41" above the top of the Picatinny rail for an exact co-witness with back up sights. Some people prefer a little higher riser that puts the optic center around 1.64-1.65" above the rail for a lower 1/3 co-witness, if they have a fixed front sight tower.

Oct 9, 2024 · The Romeo 5 gen 2 stays a dot and doesn't distort into a smear like an MRO I had under magnification did. In terms of difference I would speculate that the 4t just has a flat out better emitter and is priced accordingly. Glass clarity on the gen 2 is much better than the gen 1 Romeo 5. I tested the motion activation and it works as advertised.
