Again, don't ask me about him; I didn't bother to level him up, especially since in a game where enemies are so overly defensive, his grabbing playstyle is almost useless, though I'll fully admit I suck at the game.

Talk to Roxy, now head Chan Wuk Park, ignoring the alien guy. Here you can fight a boss called ME. Be careful, he loves punching you when you fall to the ground.
