what is iea? IEA is a national 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to introducing and promoting lifelong involvement in equestrian athletics. IEA utilizes a unique draw-based team competition format whereby riders are not required to own their own horse or riding tack to participate – providing greater affordability and access to the sport.
