Ro Laren / ˈroʊ ˈlærən / is a fictional character appearing on a recurring basis in the fifth, sixth, and seventh seasons of the American science-fiction television series Star Trek: The Next Generation. The character returned for the third season of Star Trek: Picard.

Commander Ro Laren, a Bajoran national, was a key figure in Starfleet Intelligence in the early 25th century. Following a demotion, she was assigned to the USS Enterprise-D. In 2401, she interrogated Picard and Riker on the USS Titan-A for ship hijacking.
