CT-7567 (nicknamed " Rex ") was a Clone Captain who was in command of the 501st Clone Battalion of the Grand Army of the Republic. He served alongside Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his padawan Ahsoka Tano throughout the Clone Wars.

When Rex was unresponsive, Tano sent a group of rebels that included the Great Jedi Purge survivor Kanan Jarrus and his apprentice Ezra Bridger to find Rex and obtain information from him on abandoned bases that the growing rebellion could use in their struggle against the Empire.

Rex was added to the main cast of Star Wars Rebels television series, set fifteen years after The Clone Wars, in the second season. Now seemingly a much older man due to accelerated aging, Rex lives with fellow clone troopers Commander Wolffe and Captain Gregor .
