Pack your return in a sturdy box. Be sure to remove any old shipping labels if you're reusing the box it arrived in, or one from a previous shipment. If you don’t have one, you can order supplies online or buy them at The UPS Store. Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don’t use duct tape.

Most items can be returned for a refund or replacement/exchange within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original or unused condition. Contact the store directly where you bought the item to process a return or cancel the order. The store will follow their policy on returns, cancellations, missing orders, and damaged or defective items. Affirm can’t cancel or refund your order until we receive confirmation from the store.

To print your label follow these steps: Select Purchase History in your account. Select View details for the item you want to return. Select Start a return. Place a checkmark next to the item (s) you wish to return and select Continue. Select the reason you'd like to return; select Next.
