Dec 22, 2014 · To my knowledge, Remington used four different twist rates in the 243 win (9, 9-1/8, 9-1/4 and 10). Based on date of manufacturer, I would bet your is either 9 or 9-1/8. Attached video shows you how to measure your twist rate.
