Dec 22, 2014 · To my knowledge, Remington used four different twist rates in the 243 win (9, 9-1/8, 9-1/4 and 10). Based on date of manufacturer, I would bet your is either 9 or 9-1/8. Attached video shows you how to measure your twist rate.

Mar 21, 2021 · The Remington 700 ADL is a bolt rifle with normally a 1:9.125 twist rate from the factory . any good factory load that is lighter then should work fine for what you want to do find one you can buy these days and then start with that for getting started refining your loads to work better in your rifle .
