Aug 16, 2023 · RedShift Stem Thoughts After a 20 mile ride: (1) Although the OEM stem is 75mm and 16 degree rise and the RedShift is 80mm and 6 degree rise....the geometry is very very similar. I actually appreciate the extra 5mm.

Jul 29, 2020 · Got about 50 miles now with the Redshift stem (30°/100mm) and seatpost units on the Civante... what a difference, I'm sold... didn't expect this much smoothing, but never had a bike with any shock systems at all before, just standard road bikes, and felt the bumps as normal.

Sep 2, 2020 · Just got the stem a few weeks ago and done multiple 5ish hour rides, loving it. Went for a 3 hour ride one one of my other ebikes on a rail trail without the stem and boy did I miss the redshift stem. Now I have to decide how many more stems I buy (and seat posts) versus how many of my bikes to finally sell off, lol.

Jul 13, 2023 · Based on how great this Redshift seatpost has been I ordered both the Kinekt (50 degree, 100 mm) and Redshift (30 degree, 100 mm) stem suspensions. Each change the geometry in different ways, so I will definitely add photos feedback later. On first glance the Redshift looks totally stealth, and even with a stem raiser weighs half of the Kinekt.

Sep 2, 2020 · Regardless of the model, the suspension travel is up 20mm for drop bars and 10mm for flat bars. Different elastomers are there for feel only, soft to firm. Interesting that there is 10 cm more travel on the drop bars than the flat bars...

Nov 11, 2020 · When I originally put the stem on I used the guidelines that came with the stem, but I found the stem didn't move at all, even when I pressed down with the front brake on. Too stiff for me. Note that the stem is on my ebike with drop bars, not flat bars. I have the 6 degree stem.
