The proof was also bumped up to 94. It has always been aged around 4 to 5 years with each iteration.

No ethanol burn, even at 101 proof. Medium viscosity. Finish: More caramel, sweet oak, brown sugar, faint cinnamon. Medium finish that is inviting for another sip.
