Dec 24, 2016 · Previously, I believe I gave people the impression that cats swallow their prey whole while it’s alive. Yep, that’s not true and was a miscommunication on my part. I’ll be sure to make my point clearer the next time. When it comes to prey, they don’t swallow the damn thing whole, but they do bite chunks of meat big enough to swallow.
