What's with people thinking that Raiden turned back into a cyborg after MGS4? Like he's still a cyborg in the epilogue for mgs4. He just has a civilian model body. The only organic parts of him left were his brain, heart, eyes maybe, and spine. Everything else is cybernetic. He just puts on a different chasis for different situations. Combat ones for combat and civilian ones for civilian life.

But regardless that's assuming she even has a chance to attack, since Raiden moves faster than a freight train and fights at sub relativistic speeds (see the Monsoon fight, raindrops stand still).
