The install (Help > new software > point to P2 zip) appears to install fine. But on restart, none of the RTC Views or Perspectives are there. The RTC logo does appear on the Help > About. And when I select RTC in the Help > About, I do see RTC 4.0.3 and plugin details 3.1.400.
