RSC Latin America: 42,000 refugee departures from Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, and other countries in the region, as necessary. • RSC MENA: 21,000 refugee departuresfrom the Middle East, North Africa, and India and 20,000 SIV departures.
