Technically: Standalone deployments use NWJS, which is built on NodeJS. Node packages can be compiled from C#. I believe WASM (WebAssembly) can be compiled from C# too.

Nov 7, 2022 · Whenever RPG Maker Unite comes out, due to being a plug-in for Unity it will use C#. I would suggest Javascript if you specifically want to use RPG Maker, but C# is the more useful programming language for game making in general, though you’ll have to wait to use it.
