The Green Pin ® ROV range features two types of ROV hooks designed for subsea lifting: the Green Pin ® ROV Eye Hook and Green Pin ® ROV Shank Hook. We also offer four types of ROV release shackles and two types of combined release & retrieve shackles.

ROV products Crosby® ROV Hooks For efficient handling and attachment by Remote Operating Vehicles to subsea and other hard-to-reach loads. Developed in conjunction with major North Sea subsea operators. Crosby® ROV Hooks incorporate the following features: • Hook identification code stamped on each hook. • Quenched and Tempered.

The RUD ROV-HOOK eliminates the risk of snagging and accidental rigging; The outer profile is smooth with no protruding hook nose; Outwards opening safety latch; Eliminate dropped loads because the safety latch automatically closes and locks when the ROV releases the triggers

Hook is electrically insulated to eliminate current flow that can damage hoists and lifting equipment; Reduces costly handling during welding operations; Avoid shorted forklift batteries; Use wherever electrical hazards exist; Safe up to 2,000 volts and 225°F; Free running bearing allows easy work positioning; Safety latch included (not pictured)

Next to the shackles Green Pin ® also offers two types of ROV hooks: the Green Pin ROV Eye Hook and Green Pin® ROV Shank Hook. Both hooks can be used for release operations while the shank hook can be used for retrieve operations as well. Each hook has a wire rope attached to the latch to make operation with an ROV arm easier.

The Green Pin ® ROV Shank Hook E is a grade 8 eye hook with a long shank which has been developed for release and retrieve sub-sea operations with a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). Attached to the body and latch of the hook is a wire rope that can be grabbed with an ROV arm.
