Jul 15, 2010 · The head stay on the 250 can be used to mount to the cylinder on the 2t (the 450 looks bad as it leaves 2 plates with 4 holes unused on show). the radiators need to be modified as neither the RMZ or RM fit, i modified the 2t ones as the RMZ250 were nowhere near.

This is a one off special build 2010 RMZ 250 chassis with a 2009 RM 250 2-stroke motor professionally fitted. Weve done this and a Honda 250af instead of building vintage bikes for Farleigh and wer'e pretty happy with the finished result.

Nov 21, 2008 · Is the 250f frame too small or not strong enough or something? I think the 250f is suzuki 's best looking bike and they should make kits to adapt two stroke engines for it. Well, it doesn't cost anything to pull your motor out and drop it into the frame. The first thing to check is the swingarm pivot bolt.

Dec 25, 2021 · Today were dropping the engine into the 2022 RM250AF Build so we can see where, or how we need to cut or modify the frame to accept the RM250 Engine. I swear Suzuki must be considering the re-release of this iconic two stroke because A LOT of things are not as hard as I thought they'd be.
