Aug 21, 2013 · I finally got around to installing my Mcgaughys 3/5-4/6 on my new 4x4 RCSB and I cant get the freaking thing level. :rage: My kit used the spindle, and adjustable lowering strut in the front and flip kit and hangers in the rear, I triple checked to make sure everything is installed correctly but the rear is still exactly an inch higher.

Jun 13, 2011 · 1siksierra, if you didn't already browse through it, the Static NBS Thread(99-07classic) is going to have the biggest collection of dropped rcsb's you can find. Personally, I feel like 4/6 is the most common drop done, so you'll find plenty of 4/6 rcsb's in there.

Jan 28, 2011 · Post up pictures of NNBS with static drops. It can be yours, your friends, doesn't matter. If possible give the drop, parts used, and tire size if you have it. Feel free to add before/during/after shots if you have them. 08' RCSB GMC 4/7 on 2" McG spindles, coil relocators, and a 7" flip kit on belltech street performance shocks.

Jan 23, 2011 · I wanted to put together a comprehensive list of lowering your NNBS truck. 1'' - Remove your OEM lift block. You have enough threads on your stock U-bolts do to this. 2'' - Use a lowering shackle. I prefer Mcgaughy's or Belltech because they use an OEM style bushing that won't squeak like DJM. DJM uses poly bushings that are infreior.

Dec 12, 2007 · Was the cam made specially for the 07 NNBS 4.8L motor? Make sure it was... If so, you should be in good shape for the cam. What kind of lift numbers does the cam show? If they are below .550/.550, then you could get by with the stockers. But it is recommended that you get 7.4 Hardened Pushrods and at least Comp 918 or similar springs.

Jan 29, 2013 · The NNBS disc rear end is a much more viable solution for plug and play but still verify gears. The NNBS tahoe rear will need bracket cut and moved. The NNBS rear calipers are all single pistons versus NBS dual piston caliper.
