Sep 17, 2010 · Raven R6's are pure black but 2007 R6's are special colored called Charcoal. I have one as well. No bike comes with wheel stripes, you buy them/make them and put them on yourself. Colors don't make a difference in speed. In seriousness of answering your questions, your R6 isn't technically a Raven.

Oct 6, 2010 · Raven's have addtional hp. It's rumored to at least have 15hp + more. But it's at least 10hp more. Just get the Raven the R6r model. It's better in every way. Zeus Armor crash cage, sub-cage, stunt stay, subframe brace, R1 rectifier mod. ATC steel subframe & ATC 12 bar. Runman big rotor HB setup with r6 monoblock calipers.

Oct 9, 2007 · Raven is the official name used by Yamaha for the black color scheme on the R6 and R1. Those must have wey kewl projector lights were introduced in '03... Those before that model had standard old skool lights.

Aug 28, 2013 · Saw this bike for sale and seller listed it as a 2007 raven edition but from my understanding there was no 2007 raven unless its the r6s model, is that correct? Did yamaha come out with a 2007 r6 that is all black then?
