If there are any available, watch full gameplay videos or streams of pros or streamers playing the maps. Varsitygaming is my go-to. R6Maps.com if you learn best by blueprint. I personally don't use it much because I'm bad at visualizing the maps from the top down, but it's a good resource to have nonetheless.

Some people will tell you it's only oregon and clubhouse but I've played those maps less than 12 times combined in the 100 game this season. My most played being consulate sadly. If you just pick any from the ranked Playlist that even narrows it down. Emerald usually gets banned.
