Apr 29, 2010 · Just a word of advice, I would stray away from the diy quickshifters. If it's not adjusted perfectly, it's a good way to get some nasty misshifts and damage your tranny. A real quickshifter has the switch built into the rod which means the switch gets hit before you start putting any real pressure on the shifter

Oct 8, 2016 · There is an easy and convinient trick.... you use your pressure sensor on the gear linkage as you planned, and you simulate the side stand extended when the up shift is rquested by the rider. then the ecu will cut the engine the time the gear engage, and will restart automatically after.
