While PlayStation doesn't currently have a direct integration to let you play games on a Quest — they have a competing headset, the PlayStation VR 2, after all — Quest 3 owners have already figured out ways to use Sony's Remote Play streaming app to get games on the headset.

Assuming every game has to run at 72-90fps, what generation of consoles is the Quest 3 (roughly) comparable to? Is it a full generational jump or not quite? It's hard do compare. Based on the computational power it would be close to a PS4, but rendering VR is different because you need high and stable frame rate (72-90 FPS).

The short answer is that the Oculus Quest & Quest 2 headsets are not compatible with Playstation 4. Therefore you can not simply connect and play Playstation VR games with the Quest headsets. However, it is possible to stream PS4 flat screen games to the Quest and play them on the large virtual screen.
