More questions concerning the Qubica/AMF EZ touch lane machine..lots of issues I know this thread is a year old, but wanted to see if I could get some help anyways. Would've been nice to have read the great suggestions here before I purchased the EZ touch machine around Halloween last year.

We have 3QT's with F-Boxes, A2's. I went to Qubica's tech portal, but could not find any info on what the F-Box actually does and how to troubleshoot it. Can you shut the F-Box off or unplug it from the 3QT when the 3QT is on or do you need to unplug the 3QT also? We've sent back 2 3QT's since May. I don't think the F-Box had

Qubica recommends using a dedicated server. There's an issue called "packet colliding" if the internet and Qserver use the same router. We had a tech group redo our main hub to upgrade some components and streamline the wiring. they combined everything into a central system.

We have Qubica Q-Vision scoring with 6 boxes. I am not familiar with all the sytems out there so I hope that somehow helps indentify what we have. I know that on our cameras we have 2 ball detects per lane. The machine will cycle and score as long as one of the ball detects is lined up and working properly. Both are not needed

Other components are the pinsetter interface box which will be either a Six box, the standard interface box or an F box, which has more features. You may also have another box peculiar to the design of your pinspotter electrical system. Search the Qubica forum for XLMP and you might find out if that is used with your electrical system or another.

I just recently have been hired as a Systems Administrator for a new bowling alley. They have 4 POS and one main server that is also the manager's computer. I have been searching for any type of info on the Conqueror software, but haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone have any .pdf files or any other how-to guides?

Marty thanks for the reply. When you say one wire I assume you mean 1x4way which is what I have. This I assume runs to the small interface box which (if memory serves as I am now at home) has two or three other similar comm wires to it and has an LED indicator on it.

Curious as to what the red light kind of near the center of the board indicates ? I have one camera where the light flashes and sometimes won't be lit ... All the other cameras the light is constantly lit up ... just curious cause I also can't get the rake trip solenoid to fire at all even with the mechanics switch and the lane
