AJ would have 2 white grandparents (Archer's side), 1 black grandparent (Mr. Kane), and one half white/half black grandparent (Mrs. Kane).

Archer calls her one in the first season because she is blackish, and in the timeline he would have already met her parents at that point (though may not remember them) but it seems like a stretch to think Archer believed that she was only a quarter black when her parents are both clearly black.
