The RI Ready program is a statewide industrial site readiness initiative designed to prepare sites to achieve pre-permitted status and managed by QDC. RECORD DRAWING CHECKLIST OR - RECORD DRAWING CHECKLIST Record drawings indicate instances where the as-built condition differs from the design plan. QDC’s Technical Review Process includes the review and approval of record drawings, per section 4.15(G)1 of the QDC Development Package.

The term “QDC” as used herein shall imply the Quonset Development Corporation, the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation, and the State of Rhode Island. The word “applicant” as used herein shall mean the person, persons, entity or corporation to whom the permit is granted or their legal representatives.
