Puso Notebook is a 14-week lesson designed for young people. All topics are very timely and are designed to heal and deal with the issues of your heart. It is also an interactive notebook where you can write your reflections (Pahinga naman sa gadgets!) and, together with a PUSO coach, be guided on your journey to healing.
