SITED ON ANNAPOLIS’S SOUTH RIVER, this classical shingle-style residence provides two well-balanced traditional elevations. The gambrel roofs, diagonal divided lites in the windows, capped oval windows, and a large eyebrow dormer create a delightful presence from the street and from the water.

THE TRADITIONAL use of an axial center hall provides a waterfront view from the moment the owners and their visitors open the front door. Inspired by the American Colonial style, the home is articulated throughout with raised paneling, millwork, railings, and wide wood strip flooring.
