His physical differences from a normal Puftup include three jagged teeth on his lower jaw, larger eyes with brown pupils and light pink eyeballs.

Puftoss is a large pufferfish and is the fourth boss overall in the game Donkey Kong 64. Lanky Kong fights him in Gloomy Galleon, the fourth level of the game. Puftoss is a gigantic Puftup with a golden color scheme on his top, in comparison to the purple one seen on the usual Puftups.

Puftoss is major antagonist in Donkey Kong 64. He is the boss of the fourth level, Gloomy Galleon and is fought by Lanky Kong. Whether or not he is a servant of King K. Rool and the Kremling Krew is currently unknown.

Puftoss is a giant Puftup, a type of blowfish. He is faced by Lanky Kong who is in a coconut motorboat. Puftoss cannot be hurt directly by Lanky: instead, Lanky must use his motorboat to drive through several DK Logos which appear throughout Puftoss's arena.

To beat Puftoss, circle around him going through all of the DK stars. Dodge the fireballs that will no doubt try to hit you. When you go through them all in the time limit you're given, you'll shock him.
