proe、ug我觉得强在设计研发的平台更完整，proe能和专属的mathcad计算软件关联，能进行仿真，能CAM，自身的自顶向下的逻辑十分清晰，又是全参数化，研发技能点满了。UG我没怎么用，但随便翻翻其模块，就可以看的清楚也是一个研发技能点满的软件。
