Aug 28, 2019 · While changing the engine air filter on my 2007 Highlander, I completely removed the air box cover and noticed that there appears to be a permanent filter that’s plastic-welded to the interior of the cover. Anyone know if it should be replaced too? It has number 17812-28010 on one end and PP-T40 on other end. Thanks in advance for any advice!
