Kitti, also written as Kiti, is one of the twelve administrative divisions of the Micronesian state of Pohnpei. It is located in the southwest of the island of Pohnpei, to the south of Mount Nanlaud.

Kitti has a lot of waterfalls, but one of the most fun to visit is Lehnpaipohn between Salapwuk and Pwoaipwoai districts (at least two kousapw claim the falls area).

Huge, but gentle, water buffalo — brought by the Spanish to Pohnpei via the Philippines in the late 1800s — plod here and there, particularly in Salapwuk and Enipein, where they are used to haul breadfruit harvests or other goods on crude sledges. Western Kitti Attractions

Things to see here include eagle rays, napoleon wrasse, gray reef sharks, and schools of dog-tooth tuna. 10-40 meters. Best on an in-coming tide. Advanced. “Dauahk Bridge” This is one of the best dive spots on Pohnpei, following the reef bridge across the mouth of Kepidauen Dauahk.

We are going to a traditional feast today in a village in Kitti. The village, Enipein Powe, is Emensio's village; he is a participant in the feast and he said he obtained permission from the Nahmwarki for me to wander freely around the event.

Sep 15, 2019 · Best on an in-coming tide. Advanced. This is one of the best dive spots on Pohnpei, following the reef bridge across the mouth of Kepidauen Dauahk. It offers the same things as the “Palikir Pass Bridge”, but at less depth.
