Pochita (ポチタ?) is the titular overarching protagonist of the Chainsaw Man manga and anime series. He is the Chainsaw Devil (チェンソーの 悪 あく 魔 ま Chensō no Akuma?) who embodies the fear of chainsaws.

Before meeting Denji, Pochita was known as The Chainsaw Man, the Devil that Devils fear the most. Much of Pochita's past is shrouded in mystery, with the little information available being provided by Makima and other devils.
