Feb 7, 2021 · These seem to be empty objects, they are called "Plain Axes", and seeing there are so many of them in your model, they may actually have some use, like as an origin of some other objects. So it would be better if you just hide them instead of deleting them entirely.

At large distances precision issues can come up as you are witnessing. This could be potentially fixed by doing the calculations in the objects local space but then likely the issue will be interaction with other objects.
