Dec 20, 2024 · Now, every night at precisely 8:30 pm Pacific, the TV starts pixelating, no matter what channel! Funny, never seems to affect the [Edited: "Language"] commercials. And, to top it all off, Comcast just raised our rates so now I'm paying not only ONE ARM, but TWO LEGS for [Edited: Language ] tv.

Nov 20, 2024 · I’ve been getting same pixelating issue for the past few months. Changed to a brand new box and new high speed hdmi cable. Still pixelating. Doesn’t happen using the app, but until such time as the app allows direct tuning of channel numbers and voice commands, it is not an acceptable option, especially since I’m paying for the box.

Jun 22, 2023 · Pixelating getting worse and internet offline for extended periods. First technician changed a splitter but it didn’t get better. Two xfinity trucks in the culdesac changed out something at the road but it didn’t resolve the issue.

Jan 22, 2021 · It was especially bad last night with our TVs pixelating twice an hour to the point of needing to reset the boxes inorder to regain any kind of control (guides, menus, etc.). On the bright side, it doesn't seem to interfere with our internet service so maybe this is the push we need to cut the digital tv portion of our cord for good.
