May 30, 2018 · Wedges @ +1/2+ and blue will have lie angles same as black dot because Ping will flatten one color code. I'm not a Ping fitter so this is just my guess based on what I understand about how the fitting system works.

G30 thru new G series are 0.25" longer std length compared to G25 and older. A Gmax blue dot 9i at -0.25" from std length is 35.75". A G15/20/25 blue dot at std length is 35.75". Does this suggest I would not need to shorten the G15 to have it play similar to the Gmax ...

Jul 18, 2012 · Blue dot was too upright and caused left shots but according to the old Ping chart, I'm 1-2 upright. But my pro saw my swing and arm position and clearly recommended I go flat but add 1/4"...no joke, I'm playing the best golf of my life.

If I were to order a set with those specs, and if Ping were to go flat three color codes, I would receive the equivalent lie if black dot (0%) standard length. Do I have to order a more upright lie if I also order extra long shafts?

Apr 6, 2021 · Question on the ping color chart. I see clubs (Ping i210, i200, etc) advertised as Yellow Dot - 1.5 degrees upright, but on the Ping chart, all they have are Blue and Green dot. I see where Gold dot is extremely flat, but I doubt they would get confused, right? Someone help me. Is yellow dot an old color now?

Jul 28, 2008 · Years ago under the old Ping color code fitting system I used the Ping web-fit online fitting system and was fit with Irons that were Green Dot (+2 degrees upright) I bought a new set of ISI-K irons, green dot.

Apr 10, 2023 · My conundrum is that when I look at the Ping Dot Color Chart, my height is standard length (5'10) but my wrist to floor is 33.25 inches. That puts me in the Red Dot range. But literally the highest of a Red Dot. If my wrist to floor length was 33.5, Ping would recommend the black dot. But literally the lowest of a black dot range.
