For example, a lower ADC score or a quicker enhancement following the gadolinium injection might indicate a higher score. Like you, I had 2 PI-RADS 4 lesions. The biopsy indicated one was cancer but that the other was benign.

However, no nodules on last DRE (sept), and 3T MRI (Oct) came back with “no evidence of lesions”. PI-RADS 2. PSA came down to 2.6 (Oct) following vegan diet, supplements and increase in daily exercise.

May 5, 2017 · I've been on AS for 7 years. 2 of 5 biopsies showed minimal G6. The other 3 showed nothing. Last year I had a 3TMRI at Columbia in NY that came back negative. This year the report came back with PI-RADS 4. I am very concerned. My urologist, with whom I have little contact, said not to worry and recommended an MRI guided biopsy.
