Brookfield Place offers an exciting addition to the Perth city skyline, providing a unique example of how a cutting edge contemporary design can mesh with its historical predecessors. Multiplex developed a two-stage construction program for the completion of Brookfield Place.

A sloping rooftop terrace within the horseshoe is designed as a large city park, sheltered behind the new market hall and the horseshoe bridge. We densify the city park into a city forest to provide relief from the intense urban environment.

Brookfield Place is a skyscraper within the Brookfield Place office complex in Perth, Western Australia. It is currently the second tallest building in Western Australia. Located at 125 St Georges Terrace, the major tenant is BHP. Construction commenced in April 2008 and was completed in 2012.
