Jun 13, 2021 · I tried the "perfmon /report" and it displays collecting data for 60 seconds but never quits. 21H1 version. i7 8700K 16GB RAM.. Edit/update. If I just enter "perfmon" it brings up Performance Monitor and I can access and view reports. But accessing "perfmon /report" from Win+R does not collect data and display the report, it just collects data.
