I am thinking of taking the Theologian archetype and building a cleric of Sarenrae with the fire domain, and taking feats and traits to maximize fireball damage.

If 3.5 book are open and you enjoy a good melee cleric I would say look at Ordained Champion PRC (complete champion book). its 5 level PRC packed with tons of good stuff. Another cleric build is Sovereign Speaker from Faiths of Eberron. if you can get a DM to sign off on this 10 level PRC you are in business.

Dec 22, 2011 · My cleric of Sarenrae has 12 int. One option to consider is the Crusader archetype. I think it's in Ultimate Combat. I actually kinda gave up on optimizing my cleric for weapon combat. She's got the typical cleric healing and spells, and with 12 int, she'll have enough skills to be handy out of combat.

Mar 25, 2012 · I've seen advice on putting together a melee cleric and the spells Righteous Might and Divine Power seem to support this style of play pretty well but I'm interested in a character who can call divine wrath down upon an enemy and I'm not seeing a good way to do it. 20 point buy, Pathfinder only material. And nothing from the bestiary for a race.
