Aligna – Active Beam Stabilization – TEM-Messtechnik
Aligna is a complete solution for beam pointing stabilization and/or beam guidance. The control electronics, a combined angle and position detector and two active mirrors form a feedback loop, which suppresses thermal drifts as well as fast fluctuations. This adjusts the beam alignment to submicron accuracy.
The standard configuration of the PSD Reader electronics features one 8-channel input connector for feeding in PSD- or photodiode-signals. or digital filtering. Optional signal output is provided by a 4-channel, 16-bit digital-to-

PSD 4D c Data Sheet
The PSD Reader from TEM Messtechnik is a multi-purpose device for measuring physical values (optical power, voltage, current) and display them on a PC. In standard application the sensor is a PSD4Dc (or derivatives like PSD2D or PSDe) and the device displays the four degrees of freedom of a laser ́s beam pointing (angle phi and theta, position ...

Physical characterization of nanoparticle size and surface …
We demonstrate the rapid sizing of particles using three orders-of-magnitude less sample volume than current standard techniques and use PSD to quantify particle uniformity. Furthermore, PSD is sensitive enough to detect biomolecular surface modifications of nanometer thickness.
