Oct 5, 2020 · Just worked for me. Enable PS controller support in steam general settings > launch big picture > library > rdr2 manage game > controller settings > steam input force off > launch rdr 2 in big picture. Switched to ps4 controller, haven't tried it with ps5 but she working for me.

Everyone that use PS4's Dualshock see Xbox icons in all games, unless that the developer offers support in his game to PS4 gamepad, which clearly this don't happen in Fallen Order. This game supports Dualshock icons. I use one, and it shows PS4 prompts. Oh, now I fully understand now what icons are, yes, it supports ingame icons.

As such, my gamepad of choice when playing computer games was the Dualshock. Cyberpunk is a game with lots of complex actions and I often have to check my buttons on the side of the screen to remember what action my buttons do. The thing is, I don't have A, B, X or Y.

Dec 6, 2021 · I have seen it on PS4 only versions of games, which means you cant play that version on the PS5. look for a PS5 version in the store, they are usually free if you previously purchased the game. It can also mean you bough the disk version of the game and cant play it without the disk.

For big studios with large buttons this isn't really a problem as they the cost is negligible, they probably have code laying around for it already, and the PS4 controller is popular enough it's worth the time putting it in. Most will also remap the buttons as part of the process as they already have those assets made for the PS4 console port.

Mar 29, 2021 · 3. in properties look for "controller" and here make sure you set "Use default settings", in this page you should see a blue dot next to PlayStation if your PS4/5 controller is plugged in. I'm not sure if this is related, but in my Steam controller settings, I have Generic Gamepad Configuration Support turned on and everything else is off.
